CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of our services. 2. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. While we understand emergencies can happen, frequent short-notice cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. 3. Failure to provide notice or a no-show without any prior communication may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the deposit made in advance. 4. We appreciate your understanding that our stylists' time is valuable, and late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule to accommodate other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without notifying us, your appointment may be canceled, and a late fee may be charged. 5. In the event of a genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of salon management. We kindly request that you communicate such situations with us as soon as possible. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure fair treatment of both our clients and our stylists, and to maintain a smooth scheduling process.
